Brian Fuchs is a general contractor who has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years, working in all areas from labor to management. He is a service-oriented craftsman with a background in general labor. His core competencies include creative problem-solving, custom design work, and is well versed in leading and directing employees and contractors in the planning and execution of large-scale projects.
Mr. Fuchs served as a project manager for Cottage Craft Homes, a custom homebuilder, where he coordinated the construction of nearly a dozen 4,000 square-foot properties a year. He also spent several years selling building materials to single-family homebuilders in metro Atlanta.
Mr. Fuchs is a Residential General Contractor in Georgia and attended Kennesaw State University.
Brian Pecone is a general contractor who has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years with proven experience and knowledge in residential and commercial construction, custom renovations tenant improvements and remodels as well as land development. His core areas of expertise in framing, drywall repair, plumbing & wiring, painting trim work, and flooring.
Mr. Pecone served as an on-site superintendent at Advanced systems where he supervised commercial construction remodels of retail as well as medical office spaces. Clients he has worked with include Aaron’s Rents, Pet Supermarket, and Piedmont hospital. He is our project manager and received his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
